It’s a lot of work to get something as simple as a food truck ready for operation. Government red tape, forms, legal structuring, recipe development, equipment, cleaning, emails, phone calls, more cleaning, and so on.
We’re getting close though, we’ve got most of the pieces to the puzzle put in place and should be in operation soon. The next big hurdle for us is going to be getting the Health Department to give us our permit. After that, we’ll have a few practice services, a soft opening if you will, and then we’ll hit the streets.
