Feels like slow motion

When you’ve spent so much time working towards a goal, the final weeks seem to move in slow motion.  From the initial dreaming stage where you sit around and talk about your ideas, all the way to the finishing touches phase, where you find yourself scrubbing used coolers and fixing leaky faucets.  As we get closer and closer to our opening day and we continue to write more checks to various government offices we get more excited that soon we will be able to bring our product to the market.

This next week we have a health inspection and if all goes well with that we will be just several days from operation.  We hope that everyone following us is just as excited as we are, it’s been a long time coming.
